Reader comments:

"If you haven’t bought a copy, do so."

"Those who bought the first book, but haven't bothered with The Man With The Midas Touch, that the second book is so much more comprehensive, containing such detailed information that I really don't know how the authors came across these facts. Their research is so informative.

"It's a great read of over 300 pages...and the design is much improved."

Hansbudgie, on FSM board

"Having purchased both (though I no longer own the first release), I found the second to be a far better read. Well worth the price of a new CD release!"

We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere condolences to all John's family and friends on their sad loss.

Sad that he has died, yes, but at least he will be at peace now after being in poor health for some time.

We feel sure his name will live on forever, thanks to the extraordinary output of wonderful music he produced during his 50-year career.

Hopefully this will be of some consolation to his immediate family as they try to come to terms with their loss.

RIP John and thanks for everything.
